As the founder of Te Mauri o te Māori, Victoria specialises in delivering culturally grounded coaching programs that integrate Indigenous frameworks with contemporary leadership and organisational development. Her approach is values-led, evidence-informed, and strengths-based—supporting public sector and community leaders to build reflective practice, cultural capability, and sustainable impact.
Victoria has delivered coaching and facilitation through strategic partnerships with government agencies in both Australia and Aotearoa (New Zealand), including the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (NZ), CleanCo (QLD), and Te Puni Kōkiri (NZ). She is a facilitator with Rise Global and a lead contributor to Indigenous leadership training and coaching initiatives. In these roles, she combines research, cultural analysis, and tailored coaching to support capability uplift across diverse and complex environments.
